There is also the potential for localized flash flooding in these areas, including places such as Memphis, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee; Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky; Indianapolis; Columbus, Ohio; Pittsburgh and Philadelphia; Baltimore; Washington; as well as most of Virginia and North Carolina.
